Student texts 'I need to quit texting,' then drives off cliff

A Texas college student texted "I need to quit texting" moments before driving is truck off a cliff and nearly killing himself. The 21-year-old, who almost unbelievably is named Chance, was covered in blood and had sustained brain injuries, crushing nearly every bone in his body. A friend witnessed the accident and pulled him out of the vehicle just before it exploded, but when he arrived at the hospital doctors doubted he would survive.
